Start 2022 off right with a 30 Day Fitness Challenge with Joya Soul TV. Complete 25 workouts (JSTV on demand or live stream) in 30 days and receive a prize from Joya. Doubles are okay. No triples allowed. Challenge runs Jan. 3 - Feb. 1, 2022. Content suggestions will appear on Monday, January 3, but again, you can choose any 25 workouts this month.
