Incorporating the best of Ballet Barre, Pilates and Yoga into a rocking full body workout that recruits the core, glutes, arms, abs, back and leg muscles into a glorious calorie-burning, endorphin-churning celebration! jBarre uses low-impact, high-intensity movements to work your body in ways that few other workouts can. Students use resistance bands, sliders, weights, exercise balls and other props from Joya’s fitness toolkit, to increase strength, flexibility, cardio capacity, range of motion and stamina. All level class.
Do not let jBARRE-Fusion’s small, targeted movements and light weights fool you: the high number of reps will work your muscles to a state of pleasant healthy fatigue. As with all Joya classes, go at your own pace.
