jFlow is a vinyasa yoga class which combines movement in and out of postures with breathwork to create strength and flexibility of body and mind. Each jFlow instructor creates their own artful and intelligently sequenced class utilizing specific postures, pacing and intention to create a unique experience for students. A body/mind/spirit connection is at the heart of each jFlow class and Joya instructors are patient and encouraging that each student explore at their own pace.
