jFlow is a vinyasa yoga class which combines movement in and out of postures with breathwork to create strength and flexibility of body and mind. Each jFlow instructor creates their own artful and intelligently sequenced class utilizing specific postures, pacing and intention to create a unique experience for students. A body/mind/spirit connection is at the heart of each jFlow class. Arm balances and inversions may be presented and students are encouraged to modify when needed, props may be used to help assist or enhance the practice. All Joya classes are beginner friendly.
