Animal Flow ® is a fun and cutting-edge approach to bodyweight training that involves balance, strength, and above all else, an open mind. There is something for everyone in Animal Flow, whether you’re rehabbing a hip replacement or finding a new way to push your limits. This is not your typical type of training like a cycling or weight lifting or yoga class. You are training your body to move like an animal, a human animal.
In, Animal Flow ® 1, you will learn the ABC’s of AF, basic switches and transitions, learn to engage in movement, and how to flow or chain movements together. Each class will be focused on learning fundamentals of AF, perform bodyweight drills to enhance movement patterns, and engage in games and choreographed flows! This introduction class will help bridge the gap between you and your potential to flow like a beast!
