In this practice, our aim is to work on mobility, to strengthen and revive connective tissue and to facilitate healthy energetic (chi) flow. This 2-hour workshop will combine the long holds of yin yoga poses with self myofascial release techniques.

This is a perfect gift for all practitioners to reset the body. You will leave feeling deeply relaxed.. No yoga experience is required.
