Cardio Blast
Cardio Blast is a 30 minute, high intensity interval athletic workout. This class will offer plyometric movements to rapidly increase your heart rate, which are followed by small windows of rest. This is a challenging class that tends to burn more fat in less time! The instructor will offer modifications so people at all fitness levels are able to participate. Grab your towel, water, and let's sweat.
