Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to a busy lifestyle. This class consists of long-held postures in a non-heated room. Yin postures are typically performed on the floor and are held for 3 to 5 minutes in length. Yin is a very relaxing and meditative practice that will leave you focused, de-stressed and relaxed. All Yin Yoga classes are beginner friendly.
