This all-level class we mindfully transition asanas meant to release stress and build body-mind-spirit awareness. Yoga jFlowVinyasa classes are a well-sequenced combination of flowing transitions between asanas (postures), held asanas that delve deeper into alignment of the posture and Ujjayi breathing. Vinyasa Flow creates strength and flexibility in the entire body and mind. Arm balances and inversions may be included. This is an all-levels class, modify as needed.
