Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to a busy lifestyle and a hot yoga practice. This class consists of long-held postures. Yin postures are typically performed on the floor and are held for 3-5 minutes in length. Yin is a very relaxing and meditative practice that will leave you focused, de-stressed and relaxed. All Joya classes are beginner friendly. Move at your own pace.
