JHP is a full body HIIT workout that consists of low to high impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Based on the Pilates principles of proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Instructors will push you, motivate you, and help you reach your own personal edge. Each class is unique with varied movements, music and intervals. It’s a great workout for all fitness levels.
