jSculpt is a vigorous class which combines the postures, movement and breathwork of vinyasa yoga with resistance training through the use of free weights. Each jSculpt class begins with seated breathwork and intention setting then moves quickly through a dynamic flow of postures and weight training. Each jSculpt instructor brings their comprehensive knowledge and expertise of yoga and fitness training to the class thereby creating a unique experience for the student. jSculpt is an all levels class that can be done using 2 to 8 lb weights or no weights at all.
