    Explore the rejuvenating techniques of myofascial release (MFR) in yin yoga poses. When practised together it can be a deliciously potent mind-body experience.
In this practice, our aim is to work on mobility, to strengthen and revive connective tissue and to facilitate healthy energetic (chi) flow. This 2-hour workshop will combine the long holds of yin yoga poses with self myofascial release technique.
