Each jFlow instructor creates their own artful and intelligently sequenced class utilizing specific postures, pacing and intention to create a unique experience for students. A body/mind/spirit connection is at the heart of each jFlow class and Joya instructors are patient and encouraging that each student explore at their own pace.
