jFlow Yoga
jFlow classes are a well sequenced combination of flowing transitions between asanas (postures), held asanas that delve deeper into alignment of the posture and Ujjayi breathing. Vinyasa Flow creates strength and flexibility in the entire body and mind. Arm balances and inversions may be included. This is an all levels class but those new to the practice or those desiring a slower pace may prefer the Gentle Flow class.
