Release stress and build mind, body and spirit awareness with jFlow Vinyasa. This class is well sequenced combination of flowing transitions between asanas, held asanas (postures) that delve deeper into alignment of the posture and Ujjayi breathing. jFlow Vinyasa creates strength and flexibility in the entire body. Arm balance and inversions may be included. This is an all-level class, modify as needed.
